We expect our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available. However, we do offer a home visit service for those who are housebound or for patients receiving palliative treatment.
Please contact the surgery before 10.00am to request a home visit.
A Doctor/ANP will call you to discuss your home visit request and will decide on the best course of action. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule a house call.
You may also be visited at home by a District Nurse if appropriate. You may be visited at home by a Health Visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
