– Your vaccination status is a record of the coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccinations you have received.
– Your status includes your name, date of birth, and any coronavirus vaccinations you have received in Scotland.

Please do not contact your GP Practice to ask for a Covid vaccination passport or status certificate – they will not be able to provide any standard document.

If you, or anyone in your family who is over the age of 16, has a COUGH, SORE THROAT, FEVER, LOSS OF TASTE OR SMELL OR COLD AND FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS

Guidance for Under 16s
If anyone under 16 has any of the symptoms detailed above, please contact the surgery and ask for a telephone triage appointment.
Please ensure that you are wearing a face covering if asked to attend the surgery.
Due to social distancing within the surgery we now have post boxes situated at the surgery entrance where you can drop off your repeat prescription requests, samples, registration forms and general correspondence
